Ross's passion for economic development and problem-solving in communities stems from a childhood in Atlanta, where he saw firsthand how strong leadership and a commitment to equitable development can improve the living conditions of a place. He honed his skills of community engagement, strategic planning, and connecting constituents to the knowledge they need to exceed their goals through 6+ years of education and experience in New Orleans, where he still resides. Ross's ideal place is one with a unique sense of culture and history, aiming to preserve precious assets that people love while innovating in spaces of opportunity for all. Outside of work, you can find Ross on the golf course or at dinner with close friends, on a long walk with a new Grateful Dead tape, or on a trip to the mountains.
