In the fall of 2020, Fourth Economy worked with REDI to facilitate a strategic planning process for the organization and for economic growth in Columbia and Boone County, Missouri. Now, in 2023, as their Strategic Plan enters its final year of implementation (2024), we are engaging with REDI again to formally assess its success to date and evaluate the thematic areas around which to focus the organization and its partners’ efforts as it starts preparing for it’s next strategic plan (2025-2027). Cultural & Outdoor Economy Impact Assessment
Central New York is on the brink of an incredible transformation thanks to a historic agreement between Micron and New York State for a $500 million Community Investment Fund. Fourth Economy is at the forefront of this initiative, partnering with CenterState CEO and Empire State Development to support a community-led process that includes strategic and robust community engagement, analysis, and the creation of a Community Priorities Document that captures the goals and ambitions of the community and serves as a framework for directing investments.
