This report was prepared by Fourth Economy through a contract with the Duquesne Light Company to examine the impacts of the potential growth of utility-scale solar energy in the state of Pennsylvania. Our analysis examined the impacts for a community for two typical solar projects (5 MW and 20 MW), the range of solar projects being developed across the state, and what solar means for Pennsylvania’s leadership in energy.
