Fourth Economy is working with the Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation Foundation (LWCCF)  to set the agenda for the future of its strategy and impact in the space of economic prosperity across Louisiana. To accomplish this, the project team is developing a robust economic index of Louisiana and its region in order to identify the foundation’s potential areas of influence for advancing prosperity in the state. LWCCF will exit the engagement with a data-driven approach to grantmaking, advocacy, and thought leadership, focusing on key areas of the state’s economy such as workforce development, labor force participation, entrepreneurship, and emerging sector development.
