Under new leadership, the township has engaged Fourth Economy to develop a strategic plan that will be responsive to the needs of both residents and businesses while ensuring sustainable, targeted growth.
Our Approach
Our approach includes deep local engagement and outreach combined with comprehensive data analysis to form a holistic picture of the Township's strategic opportunities. Additionally, a market analysis will be conducted to fully catalyze the Township’s commercial and light industrial assets. This will be further supported by working with Ferguson Township’s Industrial Commercial Development Authority to ensure the organization is well-positioned to support implementation.
