Fourth Economy is working in partnership with EPR to lead the Building Blocks for Sustainable Communities technical assistance for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Community Revitalization (OCR) for two locations - Penknife, Maine and Shinnecock, NY. The Building Blocks program offers a proven approach for stakeholders in a community to work together, reveal their shared values, identify strategies that work and that they can all support, and collaborate to find consensus around next steps. Fourth Economy will support EPR in facilitating community strategy building.
