Oshane is a cross-disciplinary strategist passionate about leveraging his entrepreneurship, analytical, and listening skills to ultimately help people & communities achieve their full potential. Raised in the Bronx, NYC - he’s focused on providing equitable access to capital, investing in underestimated communities and bolstering community voice through policy advocacy, coalition building and program design. In his spare time, he enjoys portrait photography, learning to play new sports, and crafting natural skin care products.
Prior to joining Fourth Economy, he’s worked with non profit think tanks, government agencies and private groups to generate & implement people-focused solutions across a variety of issue areas, including inequitable access to healthy foods, gun violence prevention, and environmental injustice. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in social impact & entrepreneurship and a Master of Public Health with a focus in environmental health science & policy from the University of Texas and George Washington University, respectively.
