Jenn brings twelve years of experience working at the intersection of health equity, community engagement, participatory evaluation, and organizational strategy. She values work that is human centered; amplifies the expertise and humanity of those often silenced; and makes space for curiosity, learning, and celebration. She loves finding ways to embed equity into organizational practice using data and learning, participatory grant making, or community-based participatory research.
Prior to taking on this role, Jenn worked as a Social Change Fellow for the Pittsburgh Foundation and a Policy Analyst for the RAND Corporation. She also cofounded and directed Connections4Health at the Birmingham Free Clinic to integrate addressing social determinants of health into the care model.

"At Fourth Economy, I get to ask lots of questions. Certainly of our clients, but also of ourselves. Often, I’m asking why we do things the way we do, and if there is a more values-aligned, equity-forward way to do things."
