Fourth Economy is supporting Yard & Co in the development of the community master plan for Maumee Ohio. Maumee borders Toledo and has garnered recognition as an All-America City by the National Civic League in June 2006 and the 2024 winner of the Strongest Town Contest. Fourth Economy is analyzing local market conditions and assessing impacts for alternative development scenarios for key sites. We will also provide recommendations for financing and implementations.
