Elaine Zedack

Elaine is a big picture thinker whose greatest strength is building connections. Whether those connections are made by seeing how different projects can assist each other, or through community engagement with area business owners, her passion in building community is always at the forefront. Elaine is currently pursuing her Masters’ degree in Food Studies from Chatham University with a focus on development through sustainable culinary tourism. Her previous experience in various facets of the hospitality industry allows her to understand the need for strategic business planning, as well as the impact that hospitality and tourism can have on a community.
